Calibration Technician II Kent, WA Contract Position Responsibilities: Ensure the measurement & test equipment used to build space vehicles and rocket engines are calibrated and cycled on schedule. Perform calibration of measurement & test equipment in a metrology lab environment. Maintain accuracy of calibrated item inventory & calibration status. Utilize 3rd party calibration vendors and oversee the logistics of calibration services. Assist manufacturing team with device recall & notification. Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in Calibration HS Diploma + calibration related technical training Familiarity with the operation of measurement and test equipment. Comfortable utilizing a computer to maintain, organize & track technical information Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder) Calibration of Measurement and Test Equipment: Phys-D DESIRED: Calibration of AMS2750 compliant ovens and furnaces Calibration of Accelerometers Calibration of data acquisition and equipment Military PMEL or Post-Secondary metrology training Experience with industry calibration standards (ANSI NCSL Z540.3, ISO/IEC 17025) Experience with industry quality and configuration control system methodologies (AS9100, ISO:9001) Experience developing, operating and maintaining calibration systems & procedures Experience in customer service Your Recruiter Still have questions?
