Job Title: Shop Helper

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Service Assistant/Specialist, a pivotal role ensuring efficient operations within our truck service center. This position involves assisting with the triage of repairs, managing the pickup and delivery of materials and vehicles, and maintaining shop flow organization. The Service Assistant/Specialist supports the team by physically receiving materials, organizing purchased materials by repair order, and handling various administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and managing returns. Additionally, responsibilities include securing the facility at the end of the day and ensuring readiness for the following morning. There are also opportunities to work alongside and learn from our mechanics and fabricators, with potential career progression into these roles for those who demonstrate the necessary aptitude and commitment.
