Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a high-profile Puget Sound retail client that is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist.

The SEO Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Provide and synthesize in-depth keyword research to power editorial SEO strategy

  • Identify content gaps and work directly with the editorial team to develop content plans

  • Develop E-E-A-T best practices and work with product teams to implement

  • Provide recommendations for ongoing content optimization for existing and net new content, including landing pages and content organization

  • Monitor the performance of editorial pages

  • Analyze and provide recommendations for internal links

  • Analyze and provide recommendations for freshening and unpublishing content

  • Identify gaps in Schema markup and provide recommendations

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 6 months.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content-focused SEO, preferability for an ecommerce or enterprise brand

  • Ideally has experience working in-house

  • Ability to conduct and synthesis keyword research to generate a holistic SEO strategy

  • Proven track record of working with editorial teams on growing an SEO channel

  • Demonstrated ability to track and analyze SEO performance

  • Ability to traverse headwinds in the industry and provide a strategy to capitalize on tailwinds

  • Strong instincts for what strategies will drive SEO
