Job Title: Production Worker - Mixing (Day Shift)

Job Description

• Execute the daily production schedule in the mixing area to meet customer orders

• Ensure timely and accurate scaling and mixing of doughs to maintain processing standards

• Utilize the quality control point system and take corrective actions when deviations are noted

• Manage the raw material traceability system in the mixing area

• Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities

• Serve as a 5S champion

Shift

Monday- Saturday 3am-4pm

Currently working 6 12s as we are entering our busy season.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kent, Washington.

Work Environment

Food production facility that makes pies for Costco, Sam's Club, and many others. Will need to be in full smock, hair net, and safety shoes, following full GMP procedures. Mixer shifts are as follows: Day Shift (3 am – 4 pm), Swing Shift (3 pm to 5 am). Currently working six 12-hour days as we are entering into our busy season.
