NorthWest Industrial Staffing Production Packer in Kent, Washington
Prepares product (plastic) for delivery to customer by packing (rolling and stuffing) plastic into boxes Duties: * Set up station by receiving packing orders, gathering packing materials, and notifying handlers of required materials. * Approves products for shipment by visually inspecting products for deficiencies. * Packs cartons by folding cartons; following prescribed arrangement; placing the product in carton. * Finishes cartons by sealing openings and affixing shipping labels. * Prepares pallets by following prescribed stacking arrangement; tagging pallets. * Documents actions by completing logs. * Maintains a safe work environment by following standards and procedures. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
