As a sr. partner resources (HR) coordinator, you will…

  • Manage payroll administration and provide support for partners with pay-related questions or concerns

  • Support partners and supervisors with time reporting and attendance procedures

  • Support the new hire and onboarding process (position requisitions, updating of HR systems, new hire orientation)

  • Understand company policies and standards and interact with partners to answer HR-related queries and requests

  • Act as the liaison between partners and benefits and leave administrators

  • Ensures data and system accuracy and discrepancy resolution

  • Recommend possible actions and solutions to improve existing processes

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data

  • Support the PRO team with partner-related transactions

We’d love to hear from people with:

· Payroll/Timekeeping administration experience

· Knowledge of Smartsheet

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work within a diverse team environment

· Two + years related experience

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience, SHRM-CP or HRCI credential a plus

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
