This position will support our night shift Kent Warehouse Operations team in our nightly processes.

The pay range is between $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour.

Shift Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Various duties supporting the night management team.
  • Research and document information for productivity analysis of warehouse team members
  • Provide administrative support for Operations Department, to include management and all Operations team members.
  • Crew Planning and Scheduling functions.
  • Receiving purchase orders and enter incoming product data into the computer.
  • Provide telephone support
  • Selector (pick label) maintenance
  • Phone in printer service requests & assist with general maintenance
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to all operations management. Compile, record, print and distribute various computer-generated reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Type Union correspondence upon request.
  • Compile and maintain statistical data based on research techniques for productivity analysis of the warehouse.
  • Provide operations labor figures to the Operations Management.
  • Log all mis-picks and enter data for subsequent report. Log all hours on reports for warehouse.
  • Maintain trainee training records
  • Manage Alaska order shipping
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
  • One to two years of office experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Strong Communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle different situations, personalities and able to manage deadlines, able to work well with other departments.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
