Mental Health Therapist - Licensed

Kent Youth & Family Services (KYFS) is looking for licensed Mental Health Therapists to add to their staff. KYFS is a non-profit agency that has been providing human services to children and their families for over 50 years! Our therapists work with children of all ages (birth to 25 years of age) and their families providing a range of services and therapeutic treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Mental Health, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or other related field.
Full LMHC or equivalent Licensed in the State of Washington in good standing.
Two (2) or more years clinical experience required
Knowledge of infant mental health & Experience working with families with infants and young children.
Understanding of attachment theory, development of infants and young children, and interest in using different modalities (dyadic, psychodynamic, family, child play) in therapy
Provide assessment, therapy, case management, advocacy and clinical services.
Training in PCIT or other parenting programs.
Experience with Proven Programs, Best Practices, Evidence-based service systems.
Familiarity with the King County Mental Health System preferred.
Work with other community based organizations and child serving systems. And appreciation and respect for diversity and cultural/ethnic competency.
CDP, CDPT or familiarity with SA issues and identification a plus.
