CRST’s Home Solutions - NAL division is focused on final-mile home delivery of big and bulky products. Home Solutions works with high-profile retailers to deliver, install, and assemble large items like furniture, exercise equipment, and appliances. This valuable service helps our retail partners meet the needs of the growing home-delivery market.

Job Summary: The management, coordination and execution of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage and handling of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that products and goods are handled with safety, quality and care as they are moved around and monitor inventory levels to ensure warehouse capacity is met for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Location: Kent, WA

Compensation: $67,724 - $101,313 is the starting range (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of the annual base salary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures

  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

  • Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results using quality compliance, ensure metrics compliance

  • Ensure current and accurate inventory control for all customers

  • Responsible for training, motivating, monitoring and evaluating the performance of warehouse employees

  • Ensure staff ability to safely operate equipment and move materials

  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse-related equipment

  • Communicate with other NALG departments, staff groups and vendors as needed

  • Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse is maintained up to standard

  • Train staff on safety procedures

  • Maintain OSHA records and safety inspections as required

  • Complete all assigned tasks in a thorough and workmanlike fashion, including timely return of phone calls, emails and customer, partner and internal inquiries

  • Create a positive and professional work environment and lead by example

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all company and client information

  • Other duties as dictated by business need and assigned by management

Required: Associates Degree or Higher
