Maintenance Technician

\We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical experience and who can weld and has basic electrical skills. You’ll be working in a heavy industrial, outdoor environment, maintaining large, high-impact machinery. If you're ready to get your hands dirty and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility, we want to hear from you!

Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machines.

• Use hand and power tools to repair, weld, cut, grease, and replace parts as needed.

• Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, test for issues, and work with supervisors to determine the necessary repairs.

• Replace faulty parts, electrical wiring, motors, and other mechanical devices.

• Ensure machinery is functioning properly by listening for unusual sounds and diagnosing problems.

• Complete any additional tasks as directed by the plant manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical aptitude, with experience in welding and basic electrical work.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor, and industrial setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
