Aston Carter Logistics Coordinator in Kent, Washington

Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

• Enter orders and send quotes to customers; • Communicate with customers about product shortages or delays with production, pickup, or delivery; • Participate in operations meetings; • Manage international customers’ orders and production procedures; • Create and file Commercial Documents - Commercial Invoice, Commercial Packing List, SLI, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Free Sale, Health; • Experience with entering orders, invoicing, and shipment tracking; • Ability to create and file International paperwork; • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Prior experience with business systems (Dynamics GP preferred); • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; • Comfort with taking direction and constructive coaching.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with entering orders, invoicing, and shipment tracking

  • Ability to create and file International paperwork

  • Prior experience with business systems (Dynamics GP preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
