Kent Youth and Family Services Licensed Clinical Supervisor - Mental Health in Kent, Washington

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor, using individual and family therapy, group counseling, educational classes and case management services; provides counseling and intervention services to youth, families, and communities as well as mentorship, coaching, and supervision for other KYFS clinicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Counseling Services
1. Carry an ongoing caseload, which will be determined by how many supervisees are being seen at a given time.
2. Provide individual, couple, family and group counseling, intake and assessment, crisis intervention, drop-in, and follow up services. Services are provided in the office, at local schools, and/or by telehealth or phone.
B. Supervision
Supervise clinical staff and interns as assigned by Program Director.
