The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's information technology systems and services. Responsibilities:

  9. Vendor Management:

  10. Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
  11. Training and Development:

    • Identify skill gaps within the team and arrange training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management roles.
