Integration Engineering Technician Location: Kent, Washington Shift: C Shift - Fri/Sat/Sun (5:00AM-6:00PM) Are you ready to fuel the next generation of space exploration? Driven by their commitment to growth and excellence, they continually expand their capabilities to achieve new milestones in space exploration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling a variety of structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanically actuated component sub-assemblies.
- Assembling structural components to meet aerospace industry standards.
- Working with engineers to review design concepts, providing feedback for ease of assembly, and supporting development tests.
- Reviewing, editing, and following work instructions for assembly tasks.
- Planning and communicating assembly steps for complex mechanical installations.
- Safely working with hazardous systems, including those containing chemicals and high-pressure components.
- Working in a team environment while managing multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly and integration challenges.
*Qualifications: *
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5+ years of experience in precision assembly.
- Experience drilling and preparing close tolerance holes for structural assembly and fastener installation.
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records while strictly following procedural compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints.
- Proficiency in using standard tools and basic fabrication equipment.
- Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace, military hardware, or other precision mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to use standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (5 AM - 3:30 PM), with potential for overtime.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national or a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
