Inland Staffing Inc Forklift Operator - Warehouse in Kent, Washington
Shipper
Day shift: Monday --Friday
Candidate must have these qualities:
- Solid attendance
- Self-motivated
- Work with a sense of urgency -- we are a quick turnaround program
- Team player
- Ability to switch between tasks based on daily volume
- Customer focused when assisting with customer will calls
A typical day in this position looks like:
- Pick/pack/ship product for outbound shipments via Parcel and LTL
- Check in, put away, and post receipts for replenishment inventory
- Assist customers for will call orders
- Use a scan gun for most transactions
- Use UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager for automated shipping
- Operate forklift, reach truck, and work assist vehicle (WAV)
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area
- Other duties as assigned
- Some overtime required
Skills and physical abilities you will need:
- Forklift Operator, experience
- Ability to regularly lift 50-60 pound boxes
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Light computer skills
Requirements:
- Must pass background check
