• Entering invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Working with procurement, receiving, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth processes.
• Resolving invoicing issues and identifying process improvements.
• Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Managing JIRA ticketing systems to track and resolve payable-related tasks.
• Handling mail and email communications related to accounts payable.
• Assisting with various other payables functions as assigned.

*Qualifications: *

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in payables processing, including enterprise-level, high-volume payables.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of payables' impact on the general ledger (GL) and financial statements.
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different internal levels and departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment.
• Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, Cognos, Concur, Exostar, IFS Cloud, and/or Analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
