JOB DESCRIPTION - COORDINATOR, HVAC SUPPORT (ON SITE - this is NOT a remote role):
The primary focus of this role includes receiving inbound calls from customers and service partners regarding energy-efficient heating and air conditioning retrofits to their commercial rooftop equipment. We use our energy-efficient products to retrofit a wide variety of different heating and air conditioning manufacturers including Carrier, Trane, York, and Lennox, just to name a few.
The Coordinator, HVAC Support role has growth opportunities in HVAC support team as well as our HVAC Dispatch Team, IoT Monitoring Team, and Client Services group. The main activities for the role will include the following. We are looking for motivated team members to join our team and make an impact with our customers.
Provide prompt and courteous support in response to incoming troubleshooting calls that need resolution while delivering exceptional customer service
Support will almost always be phone based but could entail web, or email-based communication.
Interpret or refer to Operations and Engineering schematics related to the retrofit products as needed
Log all calls in CRM to track information by customer and project
Escalate cases as required
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and appropriate resolution
Update technical knowledge database as needed
Perform other related job duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HVAC or Technical Helpdesk experience preferred
Associates Degree recommended; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Ability to successfully troubleshoot service issues via phone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interact effectively with diverse client group
Familiarity with HVAC Systems & Software is preferred
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical periodicals, journals, and technical procedures
Ability to present information and respond to questions from management and customers
Ability to anticipate and resolve practical problems and issues
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
Proficient computer skills, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
Ability to produce clear, timely, and concise documentation, plus excellent problem-solving skills.
