Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Kent, Washington

Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representative jobs at a local client in Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Renton, Federal Way, and surrounding areas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner, assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and issue resolution, provide accurate information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction, document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 6 months of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

  • Strong computer skills; able to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and learn proprietary software

Pay Details: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour
