About this Position The Chief Product Officer is responsible for leading the Product Management, User Experience and Market Strategy Functions at ETQ, part of Hexagon. Job Responsibilities Essential Functions Lead a team of product managers, product owners and UX designers. Coordinate with other members of senior management to ensure that the company's products are aligned with its business goals Establish the overall product strategy and roadmap by working with product managers to develop plans for new products, features, or updates to existing products Evaluate the performance of existing products to identify areas for improvement or removal Collaborate with product development team to build new products or improve existing ones Provide leadership to the product development team throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch to retirement Expertise in the market, our users, the product, and the competition. Create innovative product plans that address real user needs. Tell the story of what we're building, how we'll get there, why it will be awesome, and why we'll win. Drive execution and remove roadblocks. Ensure the product is world-class. Define progress and impact, measure them, and maximize results. Drive projects to closure. Ensure the product's story is told, and understood, internally and externally. Create collateral, FAQs, documents, and presentations that can be leveraged by marketing, sales, executives, etc... Fix the gaps in vision, strategy, execution, impact, communication, visibility, team culture, team capabilities, or anything else preventing a winning plan for a successful product. Qualifications Preferred Experience and Requirements Bachelors or Advanced Degree Experience (5-10 years) in product management for enterprise business software Understanding of compliance management software solutions Technical expertise in software solutions Strong project m
