US Tech Solutions Accounting Assistant - Part time in Kent, Washington
Job Description:
Relates to an organization's processes, procedures, controls and records for conduct and management of all aspects of financial transactions, events, and situations.
Inclusive of accounting, budgetary controls, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, credit and collections, financing, investments, risk management, tax and audit.
Researches and compiles special reports.
Typically provides accounting services to support ongoing activities.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
Experience:
3-5+ years' work experience in accounting and administrative management
Understanding of budgeting, reporting, forecasting
Project cost accounting
AP AR
Tracking of paid time off
Business licenses
Inventory system
Related skills as necessary

Education:
Minimum Associate's Degree in Bookkeeping & Administration, with relevant work experience
Four year Bachelor's Degree preferred
