POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a FT Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our amazing patients in the Kennewick, WA area. This position would be providing direct 1x1 care in the privacy and safety of our patients home.

Our ideal candidate will not only be skilled in assessing patients and providing care but will also use critical thinking and good judgment while functioning independently in a home setting with minimal supervision according to NCP policy and DOL requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to symptom management, medication management, education on disease process and safety, documentation and maintaining records of care, communication with physicians, skilled intervention depending on diagnosis and nurturing a positive relationship and communication with patients, families and their care team.


  • Current state licensure as a registered nurse required

  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

  • Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
