We're looking for a Refrigeration & Start Up Tech to take the lead on installation of pipe, project start upstart up, and troubleshooting both conventional split and VRF refrigeration systems. You should have a broad understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical water systems, along with expertise in troubleshooting commercial equipment and building control systems. In this role, you'll provide technical guidance, efficiently organize and prioritize workloads, and collaborate closely with sales, project management, and other trades. You'll also mentor apprentices, contribute to project proposals, review field-generated documentation, and promote a safe work environment in line with company policies and procedures.
