Desired Qualifications/Skills ? Five (5) years of experience working with engineering processes and procedures (nuclear experience preferred) ? Experience working with engineering assessments and corrective action programs ? Experience communicating with executive level and external stakeholders ? Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) requirement management software ? Familiarity with Smart Plant Foundation (SPF) software as well as engineering processes utilized by DOE contractors ? Experience with Operations (OE, Shift Manager, Ops Manager) ? Knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and other codes with regard to engineering change control
