ATOMS Services, LLC Procurement Specialist in Kennewick, Washington
Provide consulting services, including the appropriate assessments and development of recommendations for possible improvements to the strategic sourcing agreements, procurement procedures and processes. Coordinate reviews within the Procurement Department as well as other stakeholders to revise and implement changes to achieve procurement procedure updates and process improvements. This may also include, but not limited to: • Reviews of P-Card Process and Transactions • Small Business Process and requirements to include recommended process improvements. • Procurement Qualification Cards and Training requirements to include revised qual cards or training to incorporate new procurement requirements. • Procurement System reviews to recommend improvements to the Procurement Department efficiency and effectiveness. • Recommended changes/updates and other updates to incorporate new requirements for Procurement Department Procedures
