We're looking for a Plumbing & Fitting Superintendent to build a team of General Foreman and Foreman to manage and operate the quick turn and long-term field execution management teams. You will build strong relationships with the union hiring hall / dispatchers to ensure adequate labor needs can be supplied as our teams continue to grow in the region. You should be able to assist with the growth of the skills sets for our Foreperson teams to manage the core business HVAC/Plumbing projects we target with our general contractor partners. Develop high-level Logistical Plans with the INW Operations Manager to support workflows associated with various local, regional, and statewide plans to meet our varying client needs.
