Description

We are a leading non-profit organization seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should be exceptionally organized, effective in problem-solving, and possess advanced technological skills. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO by managing an extremely active email and appointment calendar.

  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and other events.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues promptly and effectively.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO.

  • Manage external contacts proactively and conducting necessary research to assist the CEO.

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to sustain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.

  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs.

  • Develop and ensure adherence to administrative processes and procedures.

    Requirements

  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of business software, video conferencing platforms and other digital tools.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Smart and quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior executive support experience in a non-profit setting is a bonus.

  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
