Qualifications Subcontractor personnel provided under this subcontract shall possess the qualifications, certifications, and any other attributes required to complete assigned work. Technical Evaluation Demonstrated experience and qualifications to perform the technical evaluation that may include. DOE contracts and/or other complex technical projects. Subcontractor personnel evaluating proposals shall have demonstrated experience in evaluating technical proposals for contracts at DOE sites. They shall have demonstrated experience in the defined technical scope (e.g., electrical engineering for contract scopes which are primarily electrical engineering) and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in the corresponding technical field. They shall represent a cross section of disciplines with experience in fields such as mechanical engineering, process, engineering, and/or other relevant disciplines. They shall have a demonstrated experience. conducting or participating in independent reviews of proposals. Cost Price Evaluation Personnel proposed to perform the Cost/Price evaluation shall have cost price analysis experience in government contracting including performing Cost/Price evaluation at DOE sites.
