Accounts Receivable Clerk Wage: $19-$25 Description
- Prepare and process monthly billings and billing documents
- Balancing of contract and billing values
- Process monthly subcontract billings
- Review and send customer statements
- Monthly collections of past due items
- Provide support to various departments within the company
- May include other miscellaneous accounts receivable duties
- May include processing of daily deposit items
Requirements
- Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
- Knowledge in basic office equipment
- Organizational skills
Multi-tasking ability
Previous construction accounting experience is beneficial, but not required. Full benefit package offered. All employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screen.
