SPARE TIME LANES 2nd Assistant Manager in KENNEWICK, Washington
Keyholder/Management experience requiredThis is not an entry level job, you need at least 2 years of verifiable retail or restaurant customer service management/assistant/keyholder experience.Must be available to work 4pm-11pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 2pm-10pm SundayJob Duties: Use our Point of Sale system to book and activate bowling lanes for customers. Use Arcade Point of Sale system to sell arcade cards, dispense prizes.Follow lane call protocols when communicating with the mechanics.The ability to use effective and clear communication between staff and customers.Handing out bowling shoes to customers and cleaning them when they are returned.Monitoring the bowling and arcade area for any safety or security issues. Resolving customer issues and de-escalating issues.This will be a part time, possibly a full time position based on experience. Customer service oriented retail workers with keyholder/assistant management experience highly preferred.Candidates must have at least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience and cash handling experience in the service or retail industry. This is not an entry level position, references are required. Masks are currently required in our establishment for staff and customers, you will be required to help enforce those rules. You will need to have a valid MAST permit and Food Handlers card.This position could be full time for the right candidate and pay is based on customer service experience, availability and if you are fluent in both english and spanish.
