The System Reliability Engineer (SRE) improves and protects the software and systems behind all of T-Mobile's IT services, including management of scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity, and delivering of software faster, better, and cheaper. Within the Contact Center Experience space, this role supports the production environment of the Cisco UCCE platform, which processes close to 500M calls/year in support of Care, Retail, TFB and other critical non care lines of business. The SRE's enable great customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support. Job Responsibilities: Applies proficient knowledge and skill to perform production support for call routing platform, (currently Cisco UCCE), and other integrated 3rd party applications. Maintains stability, security and performs troubleshooting for applications & infrastructure under the Contact Center Platform. Manage software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile's services. Crafts, manages, and uses dashboard for continuous monitoring and health check of applications, and the underlying infrastructure, improve the quality of services using the monitoring feedback for non-production and production environment. Ability to work well and participate in constructive conversations with the other TMO Customer Experience development and support communities. Contributes in future improvement of operational efficiencies and processes. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required) Work Experience: 4 years Proven experience. (Preferred) Experience in: Telecommunications, call routing, windows, Linux, database, structured query language(SQL) (Required) Experience in stability and trouble resolution efforts for applications & infrastructure within the Telecommunications space. (Preferred) Experience in APM tools, like, AppDynamics, logging tool, Splunk. (Preferred) Experience with Cisco UCCE, CUCM, SIP routing. (Preferred) Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
