Seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual for a busy General Contractor in Kelso, WA.

Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sending and dispersing mail, UPS, FED EX etc.
- Ordering & maintaining all Office Supplies
- Running Errands (Banks, Office Supplies Etc.)
- *Support Accounting Dept., Project Managers, Etc. in miscellaneous tasks *
- Certified Payroll
