We are offering a role for an Accounts Receivable & Cash Applications Clerk in Kalama, Washington featuring a hybrid schedule after two weeks of onsite training! Our client is seeking an AR/Cash Apps Clerk for a 6-month contract while they complete a software conversion. The role involves a range of tasks including cash posting, billing, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cash posting requiring a high level of attention to detail

• Issuing of debit and credit memos

• Providing support for month-end close processes

• Assisting with audit support when required

• Handling full-cycle Accounts Receivable duties

• Processing and managing customer invoices

• Utilizing Cash Applications for accurate record keeping

• Employing a working knowledge of SAP for daily tasks

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary action for delinquent payments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Billing procedures and practices

• Experience with Customer Invoices generation and management

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Cash Applications effectively

• Familiarity with Credit Memo processing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proven problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
