Front end operations including patron identification, customer inquires, check out and cash control. Non-perishable stock control including transporting item and stocking shelves. Meat display and case stocking. Produce inspection, display and rotation. Account maintenance, supply and computer operations. Contractor performance.

To qualify for this position you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level by the closing date of this announcement. To be eligible for the GS-06 level, you must have held a GS-5 (or equivalent) position for a minimum of 52 weeks by the closing date of this announcement. Education may not be substituted for time-in-grade. Examples of specialized experience include: Planning, assigning and evaluating work of employees. Working in various departments within a grocery store. Providing instruction and conducting on-the-job training to employees. Monitoring contractor performance.
