About the Position: This position is located within the Army Field Support Brigade at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
Conduct onsite evaluations at all stages of work performance from initial entry into the process, work-in-progress, and/or complete process.
Evaluate government and contractor management team?s performance is in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulations.
Inspect the Army Field Support Battalion to ensure compliance with regulations and business practices such as supply and service activities, maintenance and transportation.
Perform Quality Assurance Surveillance Inspections in support of the Modernization, Displacement, and Repair Site.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing support functions to assist with a quality control program within a logistic activity such as; physical inspections, procurement, or investigations; identifying potential quality problems and; eliminating or minimizing problems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or with a major study in logistics, quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or other fields related to the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
