Supervisory duties exercising technical and administrative control over workers involving multiple trades performing construction, repair, alteration, and modification of facilities structures and related systems and equipment .
Determine resource requirements (manpower, equipment, materials) necessary to accomplish mission requirements.
Responsible for development of training plans to determine training needs of work force.
Perform full range of Supervisory and administrative personnel duties to include hiring actions, on boarding of new employees, establishing performance standards, provided final individual ratings.

With oversight, I have established deadlines, priorities, and set sequences of work operations to be accomplished; organized and assign work for personnel based on individual abilities and technical skill sets; Determine the best methods of approach, necessary materials, and appropriate equipment to complete assigned projects safely, effectively, and efficiently; advised and counseled co-workers and lower graded employees on ways to improve performance.
