SanMar Project Manager, eCommerce in Issaquah, Washington

The Project Manager, eCommerce Marketing guides marketing initiatives in alignment with agreed-upon strategies as positioned by the Digital Product Management eComm team. They work cross-functionally to own and drive project task lists, project plan/schedule development and management, status tracking and reporting, risk identification and mitigation, resource management, project communications and documentation, project meeting facilitation, and other key project execution responsibilities. What Will You Be Doing? Manage the execution effort for assigned projects to control scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Determine level of effort, timeline, and resources to vet viability of new projects. In partnership with the eCommerce team, lead the discovery and scope of requests to create and drive projects, schedules, tasks, resource allocations and workflows and best practices within the project management tools, Workfront and Smartsheet. Function as the internal team leader, guiding the team through the project in adherence to the scope of work, budget, best practices, schedule, and deliverables. Manage project time frames, objectives, and communications including general process management and support. Manage multiple agencies and vendors to ensure a successful outcome of campaign creation and distribution. Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of approved project activities. Ensure compliance with corporate requirements including quality measures and quality assurance standards. Utilize project schedule as the instrument to convey progress, delays, risks, and mitigation plan to get back on track. Analyze and present data to stakeholders over the course of the project. Evaluate risk and opportunity impacts to existing or proposed projects and suggests risk mitigation actions. Act as key contact for all cross-functional teams regarding systems, processes, and data related to the project. Assist in the mentorship and training of Associate PM's and Coordinators on the team. Execute and oversee elements of other marketing campaigns, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience with a focus on project management within marketing, ideally in the B2B space. Proven project manager and multi-tasker able to meet deadlines and build stakeholder relationships, despite ambiguous or shifting requirements. Experience with e-commerce/product launch-based projects and knowledge of CRM tools, terminology and technical specs preferred. Mac platform experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop a plus. Workfront and Smartsheet experience a plus. Proficient project management skills, with advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, fundamentals, and PM tools. Extremely well organized with a proven history in managing multi-element projects within a fast-paced and cross-functional setting with rotating deadlines. Excellent attention to detail with a keen ability to take excellent notes and retain information. Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. A positive and helpful attitude including proficient customer service skills. Proficient technical knowledge of marketing, creative, and production terms and processes, including print, digital and social visual best practices, project flows and current trends. Highly collaborative approach that ensures all stakeholders input and engages in a successful outcome throughout the life cycle of a project.
