We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and Supervise : Oversee the delivery of top-notch physical therapy services Evaluate and Plan : Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans Implement and Reassess : Execute care plans and continuously reassess treatment results Collaborate : Work within a team framework, involving appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient Discharge Planning : Actively participate in planning for patient discharge Special Requirements: Pediatric and Adolescent Care : Provide care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients as needed Versatile Coverage : Cover both inpatient and outpatient services at our Ballard and Issaquah clinics Why Join Us?
