Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. As a key member of our team you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards that our customers have come to expect. This position is blend of in the office and in the field. Additionally, this is a non-exempt, non-supervisory position.

Responsibilities:

·        Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical               work, and carpentry.

·        Serve as a lead for coordinating Wildwood Apartment Homes maintenance and until             turns.

·        Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any issues or areas in need of                   repair.

·        Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work with outside contractors, as               needed.

·        Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory           of supplies.

·        Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

·        Respond promptly to any maintenance emergencies that may arise.

·        Troubleshoot, analyze, and respond to customer/tenant problems. Work with property           managers and customer service team, as appropriate.

·        Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the business. ·        Support and collaborate with the Facilities Manager on the day to day functions of the           Facilities Department.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

·        Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance           repair, etc.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff and                 customers.

·        Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during after                 hours, on call weekly rotation.

·        Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
