Job Title: ERP Business AnalystJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our business processes, procedures, systems, interfaces, and organizational structures.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for support, troubleshoot issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) reported through ServiceNow, and provide timely resolution to end-user requests and incidents to ensure minimal disruption.
Identify, report, and prioritize bugs using DevOps, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of fixes.
Document test scripts, use cases, procedures, and best practices, and share knowledge with users by developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and technical documentation for common issues.
Perform regression testing and capture all test results to verify that new features and bug fixes do not cause unintended side effects or disrupt existing functionality within D365 F&O.
Utilize Testmart or a similar tool to create and execute automated tests for validating software functionality before any new releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
Analyze and optimize the inter-relationships between business processes, procedures, systems, interfaces, and organizational structures. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience (2-4 years) delivering business solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle).
Ability to analyze and streamline processes and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience building relationships at all levels of the organization and with outside vendors and contractors.
Knowledge of NAES operations and finance business processes.
Experience in the energy or services-related industry.
Experience with a co-sourced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated excellence in facilitation and negotiation skills.
Logical and strategic thinking.
Solid planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Documentation-first mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to work with various business stakeholders in the compilation of user stories/requirements.
Understanding and experience with ERP projects including exposure to Agile and Lean methodologies.
Highly effective teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Solid awareness or direct experience with Microsoft D365 F&O.
Ability to identify, capture, and translate business requirements for technical teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in a technical, finance, or problem-solving field.
Experience in energy or services-related industry is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
