Part Time Maintenance Apprentice

As a Maintenance Helper, you will perform minor repairs, furniture setups, minor cleaning, and preventive maintenance on the facilities. Your responsibilities include general maintenance tasks, independently handling maintenance and repair work on buildings, grounds, equipment, furniture, and machinery. Additionally, you will move furniture, set up offices and classrooms for events, assist staff, faculty, and Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Some previous building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels is preferred

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs

· Must have a valid driver license

· Must be able to speak and communicate in English

Pay:

· $24 an hour

Location:

· Issaquah, WA (South Lake Union)

Shift:

· Two 8 hour shifts ANY day Monday-Friday. Morning shift will be 7am-3pm
