Providence Health & Services Director of Rehabilitation Services - Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington
Providence is calling a Director of Rehabilitation Services (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington. The Rehabilitation Services Director is responsible for overall program development and daily management of the facility Rehabilitation programs and supervision of all therapy staff. This responsibility includes maintaining budgets, staffing levels, RUG scores, therapy productivity and quality of services for the respective programs and affiliated program staff.
In this position you will:
Responsible for all operations of the Therapy department, including the direct supervision of program staff and oversight of therapy scheduling, productivity, RUG management, quality of services, training, education, etc.
Develop and ensures department goals, objectives, productivity and revenue projections for assigned areas and are met.
Ensure all staff members are meeting performance standards in cooperation with each discipline’s staff, and ensures the quality of the therapy programs
Provide leadership and direction to program staff to ensure strategic goals are developed and attained for the individual programs and the department as a whole
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy.
Current licensure or certification in Washington State in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy.
Current CPR certification.
3 years experience working in long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation.
2 years supervisory and/or management experience in long term care or sub-acute rehabilitation.
