We encourage initiative and participation by creating a casual environment that taps your full potential as an employee.Position Summary:The Digital Content Specialist assists in the growth of our online business by analyzing and utilizing merchandising techniques to enhance our web content strategy. This position both maintains and administers content information, marketing information, and customer web-based marketing tools on sanmar.com, and other branded websites. This role strives to ensure the customer experience is optimized via seasonal campaigns, content execution and navigation on both sanmar.com and branded sites and supports customer ambitions as well as provides information unique to our business.This role is detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects, analytical, innovative and versed in understanding the evolving needs of our customers. They will be a critical thinker, pro-active and professional, capable of building consensus, and comfortable working with a variety of teams, internal and external customers and senior management.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Maximize our website via content management and analysis of business metrics.Own content administration on www.sanmar.com and branded websites via various marketing tools and ensure content is accurate.Partner with IT, Merchandising, Integrated Marketing, Creative and Project Management Teams to ensure that all campaigns and resources are set up accurately, meet deadlines and are maintained appropriately.Identify opportunities and recommend new ideas to enhance online customer experience.Test and QA content assets upon receipt.Assist in process improvements to increase productivity and flow.Maintain awareness of B2B and B2C desktop and mobile trends and be a thought leader who can act as a key player in the development of new online initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.Requirements for Position:Experience launching and/or maintaining content on complex large-scale sites.Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, CMS, CRM, SmartEdit and marketing enterprise applications is a plus.Knowledge of online marketing best practices.Basic HTML skills.Acute attention to detail.Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be passionate about the power of web experiences that translates into innovative and insightful ways online marketing can affect our business.Highly organized with ability to provide clear direction.Highly motivational with a reputation for high customer service ethic.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task.Excellent presentation and writing skills.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising1-3 years of experience within apparel industry, B2B experience is a plus1-3 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative researchPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is reg
