Description We are looking for Full time, Part time, and On-Call for all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable) This position is responsible for providing seamless customer service in the area of meals/floor stock/nourishment/food preferences. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and is aware of minimum standards for a quality food service operation. Adheres to standard recipes and plating guidelines. Responsible for accuracy of all assembled meal orders, maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies and rotating product for maximum quality. Interacts with other employees in a friendly and courteous manner. Acts as an effective customer service liaison to all customers and facility departments. Required Qualifications: Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority. 4 years Consistent employment in related culinary environment (prep work and/or grill work).
