You Are: UST is searching for an Agile Delivery Manager who under guidance deliver large and complex programmes within budget and schedule to meet outcomes as outlined.; adhering to defined processes and quality standards for a portfolio with TCV of $3-5 mil. Responsible for tracking operational and logistic decision making, and implementing a robust governance model involving internal and customer stakeholders. The Opportunity: Allocates resources and provides teams with necessary support to address impediments. Works with stakeholders to create a high-level preliminary release and project delivery plans for product features. Ensures effective communication, collaboration, and team engagement in initiatives that cut across portfolios and products. Establishes and organizes application development plans that align with the goals and strategies. Understands Resource Management and the value of the resource management; and may practice one or more behaviors associated with the skill. Supports problem resolution; resolves issues; and acts on feedback and usage of in-life products. Provides input to the requirements base-line. Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy. Applies Agile processes,Kanban, providing guidance and best practices for the team. Facilitates Continuous Planning sessions across all delivery pods aligned to a product. Helps with the allocation of resources and provides teams with the necessary support to remediate impediments and reported issues as well as can understand the technical language at an engineering level to address issues and or estimates work time for stories as accurately as the engineers themselves. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identifies and evaluates project risks and develops mitigation strategies. Leads continuous improvement processes within the team with new processes and templates as needed. Identifies impediments that hinder project progress and work to resolve them quickly and provide regular updates to teams and leadership. Leads daily stand-up meetings and guides the team towards the Sprint and Project milestones. Monitors delivery team metrics to evaluate progress against delivery milestones (e.g., release burnups). This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: Experience as a Delivery Manager or Program/Project Manager. Strong background in Risk management and mitigation. Proficiency in understanding technical architecture and interacting with technical teams. Experience project management tools. Experience leading development teams in Agile. Executive communication skills with ability to translate technical information to stakeholders.
