We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will be working within the finance industry, focusing on the function of an Accounting Clerk. The main part of your job will be supporting the bookkeeper, handling AP/AR, billing and collections.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Bookkeeper in day-to-day operations

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conducting billing and collections activities

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Managing payroll operations

• Performing data entry tasks as required

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience with Billing operations

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Knowledge of Collections procedures and regulations

• Familiarity with Payroll systems and processing

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
