As the Driver Supervisor, you will supervise, support, and develop a team of CDL drivers, steering them towards excellence in execution and customer service, and ensuring that each day is safe and productive. You will be the go-to person for resolving customer and driver issues, all while maintaining a consistent and fair approach. As the Driver Supervisor, you'll play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built. Location: This is an on-site position located in Spokane Valley, WA. Shift: Primarily work 8 - 12 hours per day, Monday - Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed. What You Can Do... To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Requirements:

  • A commitment to influencing by example to foster a culture of safety for all team members.
  • Possess 1 - 2 years field experience around concrete, aggregates, or heavy civil construction.
  • Proven leadership and influence skills, demonstrated through the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We welcome candidates who have shown leadership capabilities, whether in formal supervisory roles or through informal experiences.
  • Strong customer service and critical thinking skills, allowing you to evaluate complex situations and develop effective solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency with PC programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to meet team and customer needs, with a readiness to adjust work hours when necessary.
  • A valid driver's license, current authorization to work in the United States, and pass pre-employment controlled-substance testing. This position is not eligible for current or future sponsorship for employment visa status.

Compensation & Company Benefits:

  • Annual Base Salary $75,000 - $82,500 DOE
