Coulee Medical Center Patient Account Representative in GRAND COULEE, Washington
Our Patient Accounting Department is growing and we'd like you to be a part of our team! Coulee Medical Center is now accepting applications for three full-time Patient Account Representatives. This position is responsible for performing the functions of billing and follow-up for patient encounters, to ensure accurate and timely submissions for all third-party payers. Must be dependable and able to work independently, as well as be a contributing team member, possess excellent customer service skills, and the willingness to learn new concepts. Preferred background includes prior hospital or clinic billing experience and use of EMR systems such as Cerner and SSI, possessing knowledge of medical terminology, as well as CPT and ICD-10 coding. Previous CAH and RHC billing experience is desired and will be given priority. Apply today!

Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
