Coulee Medical Center ER RN NOC in GRAND COULEE, Washington

Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our ER team! The ER Registered Nurse (RN) supports the patient care cycle by providing compassionate patient centered quality care to Coulee Medical Center patients and family members. This position possesses the requisite skills to work quickly and efficiently in at times a stressful environment while balancing and addressing patient concerns; acts as a patient advocate explaining procedures and relaying expectations while gathering pertinent information to assist the provider in determining care. Concurrently this position works as an advocate for quality and patient safety by thoroughly documenting the patient visit in a manner consistent with current standards of care. The ER RN is expected to keep abreast of new developments in their field. This position works towards attaining the goal of meeting the patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center.  Certificates and Licenses:

·   Current RN license required

·   ACLS, NRP, BLS, & PALS/ENPC certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date. All certifications will be maintained current throughout length of employment with Coulee Medical Center

 

 BONUS DETAILS -- SIGN-ON & RETENTION:

·  $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)

·  $5,000 2-year Retention Bonus

 

$3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential
