Are you mechanically inclined? Do you prefer hands-on work? As a Maintenance Technician you will work with our facilities team, for our members, to perform preventative, routine and emergency maintenance for the building, building support systems, and membership program equipment. We are looking for individuals with a mechanical aptitude who like working in an energetic environment, and who are willing to learn and grow. Maintenance experience preferred, will train. If hired for this position you may also perform custodial and grounds keeping tasks as requested or required to maintain a clean and pleasing appearance of the building. Are you a good fit? *I have a basic understanding of buildings and the operation and maintenance of building systems. *I am able to learn and practice the safe and correct operation of the equipment assigned to perform the required tasks. *I am able to learn and practice the correct procedures and techniques used in cleaning the facility. *I am able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. *I am able to report and record maintenance requests. *I have knowledge of cleaning methods and custodial, maintenance, and office equipment. *Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
