What you will do as Account Executive:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through in-person visits, phone, email, and social media
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow and retain business
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community gatherings to build relationships and promote services
- Set meetings, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive business growth
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and the community
- Energetic, goal-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to utilize multiple platforms and tools effectively
- Post-high school degree preferred, but not required
